Refund policy

Refund:

We have no policy for refund, however in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which will be availed online.

Note: Delivery charges are not included in a coupon.

Policy for Returns & Exchange:

-Items can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of purchase. Return or Exchange is possible for only products that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes, or the shipment of the wrong items.

For exchange and return, please ensure that

• product is unused
• the product is not washed
• the return is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

-Note: Customer will bear the replacement shipping charges.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order after receiving it. Contact us immediately if the ordered item is defective, stained, or damaged or if you receive the wrong size or item within 48 hours of receiving the order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
